We had ArboA1 remove a big maple tree from our front yard. It had some issues and we were afraid of what might happen should a big storm come our way. The proximity of it meant that a downed tree would cause damage to either our house and vehicle, or our neighbour's property and/or vehicles. ArboA1 came in and got the job done. They were very meticulous and careful in their approach. Our neighbours all came out to watch the remarkable feat. In fact, many came by to ask them about their own trees and cedar hedges. The cutting went smoothly with eyes always on the tree and the environment on the ground. When they were done, they went across the street to help cut a few dead branches off a senior's tree . Très impressionné! Les connaissances de Darren sur les arbres sont  très impressionnantes et son amour de la nature est incroyable. Il m’a bien expliqué les raisons pour lesquelles je devais ou non couper certaines branches. C’était la première fois que quelqu’un me parlait de traumatisme en parlant des arbres; avant ces explications, je coupais des branches ici et là sans me soucier des traumatismes que je leur infligeais.
